Protection Sales Tool

Working with t-mobile and Assurant Solutions, we wanted to create an app that associates could use while on the sales floor to help them demonstrate the value of device protection to the customer when they purchased a new phone. The graphics were designed to be big and bold so they can be easily seen by the customer while the associate is using the device. The tool allows the associate to monitor their own sales progress across their store, district and region.


About
The Cost Benefit Calculator allow the associate to select the make and model of the phone the customer is considering for purchase and show them how much money they would save if they had device protection if they were to lose or breath their phone. It also displays the recommended plan and the cost based on the inputs.

To drive repeat engagement, additonal functionality was created  to allow the associate to view their sales. In these screens, the associate can see their sales goal progress and how the rank within their store, district, region, and on a national level.
