• Add new functionality to allowing users to plan prior to departure
• Drive activity searches by using emotive categorization
• Surface top of mind information based on time to departure
• Redesign invoice page to reduce cognitive load
Challenges:
• Keep shops present without pulling focus or revenue
• Balance shops and subnavitation
• Surprise and delight through unexpected behaviors
• Make things fun! ( Carnival is known as the “fun ships”)
